Video meetings, drop-ins and calls now happen inside startbuddi, on every plan. Guests join from a link, and Chip takes the notes when you switch it on.
Video meetings, drop-ins and calls now happen inside startbuddi, on every plan. Guests join from a link, and Chip takes the notes when you switch it on.
Drop in from any Chat channel, direct message or project, or from the top bar. The people there are rung, and the call connects when someone answers.
Call a teammate from the top bar and their startbuddi rings. If they are on another call or on do not disturb, you are told instead.
Schedule meetings that guests join from a link, with no account or download, and a lobby until you let them in. Meetings can repeat and go into your connected Google or Outlook calendar.
From Starter, record meetings and turn on Chip notes. Chip drafts the summary, decisions and action items, and the action items you save become tasks in Work.
In a call, share your screen, present a startbuddi document, write the meeting notes together and add tasks with an owner and a date.
Set team meetings and manager 1:1s once in People, and Live keeps booking them as your teams change.
Your webinars can now run in startbuddi Live, and every meeting, call and webinar room has proper host controls and breakout rooms.
Choose startbuddi Live as where your webinar happens, from Starter, and press Go live when it is time.
Each registrant's own link opens their seat, muted and with no lobby, and attendance is counted for you. Rooms hold up to 25, 100 or 300 seats, by plan.
Host controls: mute everyone, lower all hands, make someone a co-host or the host, and end the call for everyone.
Split people into 2 to 10 breakout rooms, shuffled or by hand, with or without a timer. Everyone moves on their own and comes back when you call them back.
Guests see a join page in your brand colour, with the time in their own time zone, and a thank-you page that points to your next step, like your booking page.
Open a whiteboard in a call and work on it together. Guests can be shown a view-only copy.
Analytics is now a reporting hub, with dashboards, client reports, goals and alerts across your startbuddi data, your website and Google.
Analytics opens as its own module, and the Publish and Marketing numbers have moved into it. Your old links still open the right page.
Give each client a brand with its own data sources, dashboards, reports and goals, and group brands in folders. Team members see only the brands they are given.
Your startbuddi data is already there. Add your website with one snippet for visitor tracking without cookies, and connect Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Mixpanel.
Start from a ready-made dashboard for each source, or build your own with drag and drop and a filter on each widget. Chip can build one from a sentence.
Make a report from a template, a dashboard or Chip, written from your numbers only. Share it as a PDF, an email, a link with a password or in the client's portal, once or on a schedule, with a review before it goes.
Set goals on any number. They update themselves and can keep Work key results and campaign goals up to date, and every goal sits on one Goals page.
Publish has a new Content area for everything your business lists, from blog posts to menus and property listings, and a place to collect reviews.
Keep blog posts, services, FAQs, team, events, menus, rooms, property listings, vehicles and portfolios in one Content area, with version history, scheduled publishing and CSV import and export.
Show any of them on a page as a grid, list, carousel, table, map or calendar with filters, and every item gets a page of its own.
Enquire, WhatsApp and Call buttons on each item. An enquiry becomes a contact linked to the item, and a chat for the teammate who looks after it.
Write blog posts in a clean writing view, schedule them, add authors, categories and tags, and send a post as a newsletter draft. Chip can draft a post from its title.
Move your blog over from WordPress, Ghost, Medium or an RSS feed, and your old addresses redirect to the new pages.
Share a page where customers leave a review, reply to reviews and choose which ones show on your pages.
Documents now has proper spreadsheets and designed slide decks, and your team can edit any document together. Chip builds sheets and decks for you.
Sheets are rebuilt, with formulas that nest and reach across tabs, filters, sorting, conditional formatting and data validation. Open and save Excel and CSV files with the formulas kept.
Add charts drawn live from a sheet, and ask Chip in the sheet to explain, write or fix a formula or clean up your data. Chip checks every formula before it reaches your sheet.
Ask Chip for a whole sheet, like a 12-month cash flow, and it builds one with working formulas and flags anything it could not fix.
Pull invoices, payments, expenses, deals, contacts, tasks or bookings into a sheet that refreshes, and summarise them with pivot tables.
Chip plans a deck, then designs the slides on 26 layouts and your choice of theme, and a design check catches text that does not fit or is hard to read. Present with a speaker view, download an editable PowerPoint file, or upload one to edit.
Edit docs, sheets and decks together, with each person's cursor and name. Name and restore versions, and search inside every document.
Send outreach sequences from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, with replies sorted for you. Website chat learns your site and takes voice calls.
Outreach sequences send from your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox, with a warm-up, a sending window and an automatic pause if too many emails bounce.
Mix emails and waits with calls, LinkedIn messages and personal emails, which land in your Outreach tasks. Chip can write a call script, and a first line for each person from their Prospecting research.
Replies land in your inbox and stop the sequence. They are sorted into Interested, Not now, Out of office and more; out-of-office pauses the sequence, and an interested reply becomes a deal.
Send prospects straight to outreach as leads. Push to Marketing now only moves people who opted in.
Website chat has its own dashboard, with a Start here guide and your install code on the overview.
Add your website and Chip reads its main pages, then shows you what it learned to keep, edit or skip before it answers visitors with it.
Chip now opens as a drawer wherever you are and always shows you what it will do before it does it. The customer inbox gained Telegram and tools that open in place.
Open Chip from any screen with Cmd or Ctrl + J. It keeps your threads, and Esc tucks it away without losing anything.
Before Chip changes anything, it shows you a preview. Nothing happens until you confirm.
Talk to Chip: a voice call where Chip looks at what's left to set up and walks you through it. Calls use Chip credits by the minute.
Ask Chip for help inside the page editors in Publish.
Connect a Telegram bot and answer Telegram messages from the customer inbox.
Create a proposal, request an e-signature, add a task or book a meeting from a conversation without leaving it.
Projects in Work now have a timeline you can drag, sprints, budgets and time tracking. Whiteboards let your team brainstorm together and turn the best ideas into tasks.
See a project as a timeline with dependency arrows, milestones and a Today line, and drag a bar to reschedule.
Check each person's weekly workload against how much time they have.
Track time with a task timer and weekly timesheets.
Give a project a budget that reads your expenses from Money Manager.
Plan sprints with a backlog, story points and a burndown.
Brainstorm on a whiteboard together, vote, group notes by theme and turn notes into tasks.
Publish menus, price lists and business cards that hold their own data. Emails are easier to design, with a real text editor and a library of templates.
Make business pages such as a menu, a price list, a hotel guide, a team directory or a digital business card.
Schedule a page to go live later, and get a check before you share it.
Save sections, headers and footers once and reuse them on any page.
Write emails in a proper text editor, with card and signature blocks and pictures beside your words.
Start from a template library with thumbnails and seasonal designs, and save your own sections to reuse.
Start an automation when a contact joins a segment or one of their details changes.
Tell Chip who your ideal customer is and it finds real people and companies, with its reasons. WhatsApp Marketing is easier to find your way around.
Describe who you want to reach, and Chip finds people and companies with the reasons and sources.
Only the prospects you pick go into your contacts. Save searches and ideal customer profiles, and keep a Do Not Contact list.
A prospecting search that finds nothing costs nothing.
WhatsApp Marketing has six tabs instead of eleven.
Set up a WhatsApp chatbot by answering Chip's questions.
Choose when Chip answers messages on each channel: always, when a message waits too long, or outside your hours. Chip auto-reply and chatbot replies need the Growth plan.
Group contacts by who they are and what they did, and let Chip look things up on the web for you. People makes it easier to say goodbye to a teammate properly.
Build segments from who your contacts are and what they did, and they stay up to date.
View contacts as a table or a board, and choose the columns when you export.
Properties has its own page and shows where each one is used.
Companies fill in their logo and brand details for you, and point out data worth fixing.
Chip can search the web and research a company or a competitor, with sources.
Offboarding has a last day, a checklist and access that really goes. Employees can ask HR a question from People.
