Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It has lower limits on users, contacts, email and Chip credits, but it never expires.
Do you have a plan for bigger teams?
Yes. Enterprise is for teams over 15 users, agencies running many client workspaces, or anyone who needs custom limits, onboarding or invoice billing. Choose Talk to us on the Enterprise card and we'll work it out with you.
What do I get in the trial?
For 30 days you get Growth's features, with trial limits of 2 users, 500 contacts, 500 Chip credits a month and 500 emails a month. Voice minutes and enrichment use Chip credits, as on Growth.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
You choose the plan that fits. If you added a card, the plan you tried starts on it. If not, you keep your trial for 7 more days while you decide, then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted, and everything within the Free limits keeps working.
Why do prices depend on where I am?
We price startbuddi for where you do business, so in many countries you pay in your own currency without exchange rate surprises. The prices you see are set by the country you're visiting from, and they're the prices checkout charges.
How much do I save paying annually?
Paying yearly gets you 2 months free compared with paying month to month.
Do you run discounts?
A few times a year. While a deal is live you'll see it at the top of this page.
What are Chip credits?
Credits are how you pay for Chip. Quick actions cost about 1 credit and the biggest jobs, like enriching a person, cost 80. Your plan includes credits each month, which reset and are used first. Credits you buy never expire.
What if I send more email than my plan includes?
We warn you at 80% and 90%. At 100%, sending pauses until the next month, and nothing is billed. On a paid plan you can turn on extra email in Billing, billed in blocks of 1,000 at the end of the month, up to a limit you set. Invoices, receipts and booking confirmations always go out.
Can I bring my existing clients over?
Your contacts, yes. Export them as a CSV from the tool you use today (or save your spreadsheet as one) and import up to 10,000 at a time. Company names come with them. Deals and notes don't move over yet.
