You won the job. Now start the work without copying it all into another app.
Start the project from the client you just won, plan it with tasks and documents, talk it through in the project's own room and let the client follow along in a private portal. It's client work management software that picks up where the sale left off.
No need to set everything up on day one.
Free plan available, no card needed. Or book a demo.
Winning the work shouldn't mean typing it all again.
The deal closes in one app, the brief sits in an email, the tasks are on a board somewhere else and the client asks for updates on WhatsApp. Every handover means copying the same details again.
Then a question comes up halfway through, and the answer is buried in a sales thread the delivery team can't see.
No more starting over
- Projects linked to the clientCreate a project from the customer's record or the inbox and the work stays linked to them.
- A head start on every jobTemplates for client delivery, websites, campaigns and events set up milestones, tasks and due dates.
- Everyone sees their own workOne list per person across every project, with what is overdue at the top.
- Clients follow alongA private portal for approvals, files and messages, with no password to remember.
Three steps to get going.
Start the project from a template.
Thirteen templates set up milestones, tasks and due dates you can change, and the ones that suit your kind of business are marked Recommended and shown first. Running an agency, a SaaS or a consultancy? There are whole-business bundles too.
- Client delivery, Website project, Marketing campaign, SEO campaign, Event planning and more
- Recommended picks based on the business type you chose at sign-up
- Agency, SaaS and consulting bundles
Give everyone one list of their work.
My work shows every task that's yours across every project, with its project, priority, status, due date and estimate. The cards on top count what's assigned, what's in progress, what's overdue and how much is done, and the next five deadlines sit beside the list.
- Assigned to me, Created by me and Overdue tabs
- Search, or filter by status, priority or project
- Tasks don't need a project, so it works as a plain to-do list too
Share the work and get it approved.
List each client's deliverables with a due date and a status, from Planned to Approved. Share work for approval and the client approves it in the portal or asks for changes with a comment. If they go quiet, a reminder goes out every 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 or 14 days, or never.
- Link each deliverable to a document, a file, a page or any web address
- A task or document shared for approval can't be marked done until the client says yes (an owner or admin can override, with a reason)
- Every approval and change request in the Activity log
