Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may not do when using startbuddi. It protects our users, our service and the people you contact. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.
Prohibited activities
- Breaking the law or infringing anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messaging people without a lawful basis or their consent.
- Uploading malware, or attempting to probe, scan, breach or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Harvesting data about others without permission, or impersonating any person or business.
- Using the Service to distribute hateful, harassing, fraudulent or otherwise harmful content.
- Reselling or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Messaging and consent
When you send email, SMS or WhatsApp through startbuddi, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary consent, for honouring opt-outs, and for following the rules of each channel and your local jurisdiction.
Fair use
Plans include generous limits for normal business use. We may contact you about usage that is excessive, abusive or that degrades the Service for others.
Reporting and enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take action including removing content or suspending accounts. Report abuse to abuse@startbuddi.com.
