Walk into every sales call knowing what they said last time.
Your bookings already tell you who is coming. Meetings adds what you need around them: their company, the deal they have open, what you last talked about, and a place to say how it went. Calls from your browser land on the same record.
Start with the one thing you need. The rest is there when you're ready. Free plan, no card needed. Or book a demo.
Your bookings, seen from the sales side.
Meetings shows the same bookings as Bookings, with the things a seller cares about: who it is with, their company, the deal they have open and whether it went ahead. Upcoming, Needs an outcome and Past keep the list honest.
- Copy your booking link from the top, ready for an email
- Open one to see their details, the deal and the meeting link
- Reschedule or edit it in Bookings, where it lives
Meetings, Upcoming: who each meeting is with, the deal they have open and the status.
Five minutes before: "Chip, who is this again?"
Press Prep with Chip on a meeting and it pulls together who they are, their company, the deal, what was last said between you, which sequence brought them in and any earlier meetings, then suggests three questions to ask. It reads; it changes nothing.
- From your own records, not a guess from the web
- Works for the next meeting or any one you open
- Ask in plain words from anywhere in Sales
Did it happen? One click, and the follow-up gets easier.
When a meeting ends, it moves to Needs an outcome until you press It happened or They didn't show. Chip nudges you about any you forget. Before a meeting, Send a reminder is one click.
- Held, No-show or Cancelled, on the booking itself
- A held meeting can count as a sales win if your goal says so
- A booking from a sequence email ends that sequence for them
Ring them from your laptop, with your own number showing.
Verify a phone number you own in Sales settings → Calls: we ring it and you type in a code. After that, the Call tab in the Sales inbox and every call task in your sequences ring people from your browser, showing that number.
- Log how it went: Spoke to them, Left a voicemail, No answer, Wrong number
- Numbers on your Do Not Contact list are refused
- Called from your mobile? Log that call too
Outreach tasks: the calls due today, ready to ring from the browser.
Chip on the phone. Not for everyone yet, and honest about it.
Sales settings → Calls has Chip call scripts: the goal of the call, the questions to ask in order, what Chip may say about your offer and how to handle objections. Chip only calls once Chip calls are switched on for your account, and every call opens by saying it is Chip, an AI assistant.
- Write scripts now; they work as soon as Chip calls are on
- Chip answers only from what you wrote in the script
- Minutes are paid from Chip credits
From "book a call" to "here is the invoice".
