Questions about performance reviews

How do I run employee reviews in a small team?
Start a review for each person with a cycle name and due date. They write a self review, their manager adds a manager review and a 1–5 rating, then marks it complete. That's the whole process.
Can I launch a review cycle for everyone at once?
No. You start a review for each person; the cycle is a name you give each review, like "H1 2026".
