Are the employee surveys really anonymous?
Yes, when you choose Anonymous. Answers are never linked to a person, and results stay hidden until at least 3 people respond.
What is eNPS?
Employee Net Promoter Score: one question, "how likely are you to recommend working here?", scored 0–10. startbuddi splits answers into promoters (9–10), passives (7–8) and detractors (0–6).
How do I measure employee engagement in a small team?
