Questions about contacts

Can I import my customer list from Excel?
Yes. Save your sheet as a CSV, drop it in and map the columns. You can import up to 10,000 contacts at a time and check every past import later.
Is there a free contact manager?
Yes. The Free plan keeps up to 100 contacts, with company pages, notes and tasks included. The inbox unlocks on Starter.
What happens to duplicates?
When you import, you choose to update people who are already there or leave them alone. Data quality also finds possible duplicates by email, phone, or name and company, and merges them.
Does it really fill in company logos from a website?
Yes, when brand lookups are switched on for your plan. Type the website and the logo, colours and socials come in. Anything you have already set stays as it is.
Can I add my own fields?
Yes. Properties let you store anything: text, numbers, money, dates, dropdowns, ratings and more. Each one can be used in forms, automations, segments and as a merge tag in emails.
