Chip on every screen, and an inbox that keeps you in the conversation
Chip now opens as a drawer wherever you are and always shows you what it will do before it does it. The customer inbox gained Telegram and tools that open in place.
What changed
- Open Chip from any screen with Cmd or Ctrl + J. It keeps your threads, and Esc tucks it away without losing anything.
- Before Chip changes anything, it shows you a preview. Nothing happens until you confirm.
- Talk to Chip: a voice call where Chip looks at what's left to set up and walks you through it. Calls use Chip credits by the minute.
- Ask Chip for help inside the page editors in Publish.
- Connect a Telegram bot and answer Telegram messages from the customer inbox.
- Create a proposal, request an e-signature, add a task or book a meeting from a conversation without leaving it.
- "Assigned to me" in the inbox now shows only the conversations assigned to you.
