Send from your own domain, two-way SMS and pictures on WhatsApp
Email can go out from your business address, texts can be answered, and WhatsApp can carry pictures and files.
What changed
- Prove your business domain once and send email from it everywhere, on any paid plan.
- SMS is two-way: replies come back to your inbox.
- Send pictures and files on WhatsApp, and keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone with the same number.
- Write WhatsApp templates here, and they stay in step with Meta.
- Replies to your campaigns land in your inbox, and Facebook Lead Ads leads arrive in Forms and your contacts.
- Comment on a passage in a document, mention a colleague and see who else is working in it.
- Chip writes captions and hashtags for your social posts.
