Meet, drop in and call your team with startbuddi Live
Video meetings, drop-ins and calls now happen inside startbuddi, on every plan. Guests join from a link, and Chip takes the notes when you switch it on.
What changed
- Drop in from any Chat channel, direct message or project, or from the top bar. The people there are rung, and the call connects when someone answers.
- Call a teammate from the top bar and their startbuddi rings. If they are on another call or on do not disturb, you are told instead.
- Schedule meetings that guests join from a link, with no account or download, and a lobby until you let them in. Meetings can repeat and go into your connected Google or Outlook calendar.
- From Starter, record meetings and turn on Chip notes. Chip drafts the summary, decisions and action items, and the action items you save become tasks in Work.
- In a call, share your screen, present a startbuddi document, write the meeting notes together and add tasks with an owner and a date.
- Set team meetings and manager 1:1s once in People, and Live keeps booking them as your teams change.
- Clients can call you from the Call button in their portal chat, on Growth and Business.
