Which reminders are automatic?
A confirmation email and a reminder email at the time you choose. WhatsApp or SMS reminders can be added as steps in a booking automation on Starter.
What happens when someone does not show?
Mark them as a no-show and send a friendly follow-up to rebook. An automation can do it for you on paid plans.
Can I take a deposit automatically?
Yes. Turn on "Require payment to book" and the booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid.
