What you can do
- Post to your Facebook Page and see how each post does.
- Schedule Instagram feed posts, Reels and Stories (a business or creator account linked to a Page).
- Answer Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs in the CRM inbox.
- Capture leads from your Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta Lead Ads) straight into your contacts.
How to connect
- Open your channelsIn the CRM inbox, click Connect more channels (or go to CRM Settings → Channels).
- Click Connect MetaMeta's window opens. Sign in and pick the Pages and Instagram accounts to share with startbuddi.
- Start using itMessages start landing in the inbox, and the accounts show up in Social media when you write a post.

Threads, Facebook post boosting and social listening aren't available yet.
