Does it support agile sprints?

Yes. The Sprints tab has a backlog, story points, velocity and a burn chart. It is there only if you want it.

Can I set recurring maintenance tasks?

Yes. A task can repeat daily, weekly or monthly.

Is it a replacement for Jira?

For small IT teams running projects and sprints, it can be. It does not have Jira's depth for large software teams, issue types or advanced workflows.
