Through a CSV importContacts

Zoho integration

There's no one-click Zoho connection yet. To move your contacts, export them from Zoho CRM as a CSV file and import the spreadsheet into startbuddi.

What you can do

  • Bring your Zoho CRM contacts and leads across from a CSV export, up to 10,000 at a time.
  • Check which column goes to which field before anything is saved, and choose whether existing contacts are updated or left alone.
  • Add everyone you import to a group, with a tag or a note, so you can find them later.

How to connect

  1. Export your contacts from Zoho CRMIn Zoho CRM, export your contacts as a CSV file. If you keep people in Leads too, export those as a second file.
  2. Open Import in startbuddiGo to Customers → Contacts and click Import, then drop in the CSV file.
  3. Check the columnsstartbuddi suggests a field for each column. Fix any that are wrong, or set a column to Don't import.
  4. Review and importSee how many contacts are already in startbuddi, choose whether to update them or leave them alone, then import.

Good to know

The import brings in contacts. Zoho deals, workflows and email templates don't come across, so recreate your open deals in the pipeline and rebuild workflows in Automations.

The file needs a name, email or phone column. Imports take CSV files only, so save an Excel export as CSV first.
