What you can do
- Google Calendar: bookings are added, moved and removed as calendar events, with a Google Meet link.
- Gmail: send and receive customer email from the CRM inbox.
- Google Sheets: add a spreadsheet row from an automation, for example for each form response. To bring contacts in from a sheet, download it as a CSV file and import it in Customers → Contacts → Import.
- Google Analytics and Search Console: bring your site numbers into Analytics.

Good to know
Calendar sync is one way: startbuddi writes bookings into your calendar. It doesn't read your other events to block busy times.
Google Business Profile posting and Google Ads reporting aren't available yet.
