What you can do

Send bulk SMS campaigns with merge tags and scheduling, from your own sender ID.
Opt-out replies (like STOP) are read automatically.
Connect a voice number to make and take calls from the CRM.

Open SMS settingsGo to Marketing → SMS → Settings.
Pick Africa's TalkingIn the connect panel, choose Africa's Talking.
Add your detailsEnter your Sender ID and your Africa's Talking account username and credentials.
Send a test messageClick Send a test message. The readiness checklist ticks off when it arrives.

For calls, go to CRM Settings → Channels and choose Connect a voice number.

Send SMS campaigns through your own Brevo account and sender ID.

Send SMS campaigns and reminders through your own Termii account and sender ID.
