Shopinbos went from solo operator to scalable ecommerce support agency

An ecommerce agency cut client onboarding from 8 days to under 24 hours and grew quarterly revenue by 31 percent on startbuddi.

Result 1 Onboarding dropped from 8 days to under 24 hours
Result 2 31 percent revenue growth in the first full quarter
Result 3 70 percent less time spent on operational admin
Result 4 A second service line launched without extra overhead

The challenge

A six-step onboarding process across disconnected tools was slowing growth and increasing drop-off risk.

The solution

Booking, invoicing, payment collection, renewals, and campaign tracking were brought into one workspace.

The challenge

Shopinbos supports ecommerce brands with store management, product listing, customer service, and growth strategy. Founder Bose Adeyemi grew from solo operator to a seven-person team in under 18 months, but the client onboarding process never caught up.

Every new account required a discovery form, booking email, quote document, invoice, WhatsApp follow-up, and manual payment link. Each step introduced delay and risk.

The solution

The team rebuilt onboarding inside startbuddi. Discovery calls now book from the website. Post-call proposals convert into invoices in two clicks. Paystack payments are collected before work begins. Renewal dates sit inside the CRM, with automated WhatsApp and email reminders launching 30 days before expiry.

Campaigns that used to live in a separate marketing tool now run inside the same workspace and can be tied back to revenue.

The result

Client onboarding dropped from 8 days to under 24 hours. Revenue in the first full quarter on startbuddi was 31 percent higher than the same period the year before. Operational admin time fell by 70 percent.

Shopinbos later launched a second service line using the same operating system, without introducing more overhead.
